CCF aims to benefit any child who has been involved in Colombian armed groups, regardless of their group affiliation or extent of involvement.
It also benefits children who are vulnerable to recruitment by illegal armed groups, specifically: internally displaced children; children with limited economic and social opportunities; children living in conflict areas; and children without a family structure.
